I've been seeing doctor charles for approximately six years now and I can't say enough wonderful things about this man. He always answers my questions and not once have you ever made me feel stupid for the questions I've asked just because I might not know the answer to it, she explains it in a way that I can understand he takes his time. You can see, he actually cares about his patients and he's I can always get in usually on. The same day to see him. What is you know? So I'm quite pleased with this man. He's an awesome person friendly, very helpful and considerate. And he does not talk bound to you when he's explaining things, and I tell everybody who's looking for a new PCP about him, and I give him his name and his number and to look into ginthim, because he's the greatest. My luck

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. First, I called months prior to schedule this appointment as I was moving states. I told the receptionist that I was on a controlled substance and she reassured me saying that the doctor could take it over. When I came in for my appointment, they informed me that nobody in the office sends in controlled substance scripts. Whatever. Then it took 3 people, and 5 pokes for my blood work. They also blew my vein. The owner of the practice also sent in four referrals with 2/4 of them having the wrong phone numbers so I couldn’t book those appointments. They also spelt my last name wrong on all of them (which I spelt to them so not sure how that happened.) The receptionist “read” my lab results to me over the phone, and told me I had HIGH cholesterol, but when I got the lab results my cholesterol was LOW. Oh and, when I went in to grab my lab results, there were kids behind the counter. Sorry maybe it’s just me, but kids don’t belong at a place that claims they keep confidentially. I truthfully don’t understand how a practice could be so bad. They messed up quite literally everything that I had done. Oh and let’s just say… this place isn’t sterile. They also wanted to charge me $25 for my own records. Yeah interesting.

These people are hands down the best I've ever been to great people do way above and beyond they fill prescriptions just ask never had to wait nor ever make an appointment cant say enough about them I've been to alot of places never this great

Obviously i went to doctor because i was in pain!! 3 hours later and prescription was never sent! I even called them to make sure, NOTHING!! I seen a student at that!! I will never come back!!!!! Now im having to go elsewhere and spend another co pay ,instead of trying to get better im having to find a emergency care clinic that takes my insurance!! Thank you for taking care of me when i needed it!!
